The Rochester Art Center opened in early May, 2004. It is the latest addition to the downtown Rochester cultural campus, which includes the Mayo Civic Center, Rochester Civic Music, the Rochester Civic Theatre and the Rochester Public Library. Mayo Park and the Zumbro River border the new Art Center to the east and the south, providing access to parkland and the river-walk pathways. Hours: Tues.-Sat. 10am-5pm., Thurs. 10am-9pm., Sun. 12-5pm, Mon. closed. Admission: Adults $3, Seniors $2, Members, students with valid ID & children under 12 Free, Every Thursday Free.

Located in the Professional Skaters Association building in Allegro Park Plaza. Currently has on exhibit Bronze On Ice, a bronze sculpture collection of Olympic figure skaters. The sculptures were created by artist Doulgas and Meghan Taylor-Gebler of Prescott, AZ. Each bronze rotates around a base giving life to the bronzes. Heroic sized sculptures of Kristi Yamaguchi and Paul Wylie.
